Exchange and return policy
Elysium believes in helping its customers as much as possible and therefore under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the time the order was confirmed.
There is no cancellation for orders placed under the same day delivery category.
No cancellations for special occasions such as: Al-Adha, Back to School, Valentine's Day, etc. These are limited time offers and therefore cannot be cancelled.
There may be certain circumstances beyond our control where you may receive a product that is damaged/defective, or a product that is different from your original order. We will replace the product at no additional cost. In such circumstances, before using the product please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the product.

The product return process can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Return terms:
Please notify us of the damaged/defective product once you receive it.
Any returned products must be in unused condition.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the returned shipment should be packed strong and sufficient so that there is no further damage to the goods during transit.
No exchange or refund will be issued to the customer for other purposes.
We will process the refund after the product is received by ELYSIUM or its business partner. It will be based on the payment method that was used for the original order.
Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit/debit card back within 30 working days, and the refund amount will be reflected in the following statement.
Orders paid by net bank accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
